TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and using the TRENIC website at www.mytrenic.com or any of our Social Media Channels, you are accepting and consenting to all practices set forth in this ‘Agreement’. We recommend you read through the Terms and Conditions carefully and note that TRENIC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.


These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a legally binding contract between you and TRENIC. These terms apply to you whether you are browsing www.mytrenic.com or are a customer. The Terms of Use in force are at all times published on this Website and you will be taken to have accepted them by accessing, browsing or using the Website. If TRENIC develops revised terms of use on their publication / website they will supersede those they replace. If you subsequently access or use the Website you will be taken to have accepted the revised Terms and Conditions. Specific Website offerings, incentives, areas, or section may also have additional guidelines which govern your use of this Website. You must comply with them in addition to this agreement.


DEFINITIONS

  • “you” and “your” refer to all users of www.mytrenic.com
  • “TRENIC”, “us”, “we” and/or “our” refer to its successors and assigns or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of TRENIC.
  • “Price” is the cost of the purchasing of a product as agreed between TRENIC and the customer/you.
  • “Agreement” means the terms and conditions set out in this document.

 
You declare that you are at least 18 years of age or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. TRENIC hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use this Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by TRENIC in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
 
When purchasing any product from www.mytrenic.com, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 


Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions. Please be advised that we are an affiliated website. This means that your order will be processed by TRENIC but your product/s will be shipped directly from the wholesaler.


ELIGIBLITY


In order to purchase products on the TRENIC website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The TRENIC website is available only to individuals and others who meet the TRENIC terms of eligibility and who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to TRENIC. By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where TRENIC feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorise individual purchase transactions.


PAYMENT TERMS


Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and through PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account by TRENIC. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to TRENIC, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
 
CURRENCIES AND PRICING
 
Pricing of products sold by TRENIC is based upon figures calculated in Australian Dollars (AUS$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from AUS Dollars according to the most up to date conversion rates. Due to fluctuating currency values, prices displayed in non-AUS denominations of currency on the Site, other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current. Areas of the Site where non-AUS denominations of currency might be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and information on product category pages. The price displayed on an individual product page, regardless of currency denomination, is the current price you are liable to pay to TRENIC, excluding shipping.


TRENIC is not responsible for any additional bank charges or exchange rate fees that are charge by the issuing bank or a third party payment provider. These fees are solely the customers responsibility and will not be reimbursed by TRENIC.
 
SHIPPING
 
TRENIC ships from different warehouses. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels and at our own discretion. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase shipping insurance at the checkout. This ensures that if there are any issue during the delivery process that TRENIC will send you the same product free of charge. If the item becomes unavailable we will offer you alternative refund options.
 
Orders that do not have shipping insurance will not be the responsibility of TRENIC in the event that there is an issue during the shipping process. Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order. If a delivery fails for any reason and the address that the item was sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, TRENIC cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.
 
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received your package. With standard shipping, after 3 months from the date we ship your package, we will no longer be able to offer any compensation. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the shipment date. Also kindly note that this does not apply to any packages sent via expedited shipping methods and shown as delivered on the shipping company's tracking site. TRENIC is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item.
We will inform our customers of the peak Christmas season in advance via banners and newsletters, and offer suggestions for the final order date and shipping methods for this period. We will therefore not be held responsible if an item does not arrive in time for Christmas. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. TRENIC cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
 
SHIPMENTS FROM CHINA
 
At TRENIC all shipments are sent from China and are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Consequently, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Should the customers refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, they take full liability for all the costs involved in the process. Due to customs regulations, please note that TRENIC cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
 
EMAIL MARKETING


We will use the information from your order to send you email marketing on occasion. We don’t however pass on any of your details including your email address to any other companies or corporations. You may opt out of receiving those emails by unsubscribing.


PRIVACY POLICY


To process orders it is necessary to obtain your personal information. It is important for us that persons with whom we do business have confidence that we handle information responsibly and it is our policy to do this. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private. If you pay online using a credit card, the card details are not viewed by us or any person except you during the transaction. The details are encrypted and passed directly to the bank. We do not retain your credit card details.


RETURNS POLICY


At TRENIC we offer exchanges, refunds and credit notes within fourteen days of delivery for change of mind purchases as long as the product is new, unused and with all original tags still attached (if any). Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Orders placed using credit notes are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another credit note. We do not accept returns on clearance items. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Purchased items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. TRENIC will not be responsible for covering the shipping costs of any purchased product being returned and will also not be liable for any purchased products that are lost on stolen on return. It is your responsibility to return the garment via trackable post to TRENIC.

 

Customers who receive an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one they ordered are entitled to a full refund. Please contact our Customer Support Team at info@mytrenic.com if this has occurred.

  • All items must be returned in their original conditions with all packaging and tags attached.
  • Item will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from makeup and stains.
  • We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back to you.
  • Postage costs must be covered by the customer to send the item back to us.
  • We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is returned back safely to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • Returns must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, any items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
  • If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your reimbursement or exchange.
  • For purchases using discount codes, you will receive reimbursement for the price of the item only after the discount.
  • Unreturnable items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Your item will be held until postage is covered for return back to you.
